Are the products cruelty free? Yes. None of the products are tested on animals, although none of our ingredients are harmful to animals or humans. We "test" on very willing friends and family members only.
Are the products paraben and phthalate free? Yes. There are absolutely no parabens, phthalates, synthetic colors, or fragrance oils in our products. You will not find any of the commonly used toxic synthetic additives in these products, not a single one.
Are the products sustainable / environmentally friendly? We package only in glass and paper - zero plastic! Safe for you, and friendly to the planet. The Travel Size Bundle is in a Vinyl tote. Isn’t that the same as plastic and bad for the environment? In fact, Vinyl is much more environmentally friendly than many plastics. The primary ingredient in Vinyl is chlorine, which is extracted from saltwater. Once chlorine is processed into Vinyl, it is chemically locked into the product more tightly than it was in its original salt compound creating a non-corroding element. For this reason, Vinyl waste does not release any chlorine gas or contaminants into the environment at all, ever. How long will the travel size products last? Each of the travel size products should last an individual at least two weeks. Several of them will likely last a lot longer depending on usage.
Do the products expire? All our products are made to order in small batches and we recommend using them within one year of purchase. They have been microbial tested up to 18 months with zero growth.
Why does the Mouth Rinse change from opaque to clear? All natural products vary and change over time in color and sometimes texture as the ingredients assimilate and interact, and as the products are exposed to light and temperature changes. This is actually a great sign and something you should look for in all natural products. It is due to the absence of artificial emulsifiers, chemical preservatives, and other synthetic stabilizers. These changes do not alter the safety, shelf life, or efficacy of the product in any way.

Alternatively, Coconut Vinegar is a great choice. It's extremely low pH smooths down the hair follicle and leaves hair shiny and vibrant! Dilute one part water to one part vinegar, add in your favorite essential oils, and pour over clean wet hair, then rinse!
Does the Pits & Parts Powder actually work? Yes! Arrowroot Powder and Kaolin Clay are great moisture absorbing elements and the oils and extract work to reduce bacteria and keep you smelling great. This is not an antiperspirant and may need to be reapplied - a small compromise for a much healthier body care choice.
